Tribute 2

This entry is dedicated to the one and only...Pooja Mansukhani.

So this all started when colette and i were trying to study in the slc..but ended up summing the life of pooja on a comic strip. Enjoy!

*Note: The before and after pictures are not in consistant order. Also note the direction of the arrows are also messed up. (since colette doesn't know that 'before' should be on the left hand side, and 'after' should be on the right hand side :P)

Figure 1- This is a picture drawn by CM (colette) of PM (pooj). Um.. this was our first drawing and it was really random so it doesn't make any sense at all. Basically pooja was randomly saying that she wanted pointy eyesbrows so she can look mad all the time..so a picture was drawn to depict it. Note that her before eyebrows are like traintracks, and the after shot look like caterpillars. Ya doesn't make sense..lets move on...

Figure 2- Picture drawn by me. Before: Sweaty palms After: Hived up hand Earlier that week PM was walking home through waterloo park and her hand brushed like some plant that made her hand hive up like crazy, hence the after shot. And we all know that PM has a sweaty palm disorder.

Figure 3 - Pic by me. Before: Pooja is FUN After: PLP = PRIVATE LIFE POOJA Note the door closed and the do not enter sign. lol. BOO PLP

Figure 4-Pic by me again. Before: Phils. After: Trying to hop a wired fence on the way home and tearing up all her clothes. And a big F in school. tsk tsk ;)

Figure 5- Pic by CM Before: ATKINS diet. After: No-carb diet. (which consists of pickles, cheese, and spinach)

Figure 6- Pic by CM Before: Roomies love! After: Roomies hate! *Editors note: we didn't mean that p, we take that back... we love you <3>

and finally..

Figure 7- by me. Before: Well P would always cook her food in the microwave. But ever since that stopped working she was forced to cook all her food on the stove. After: Food up in flames. not once, but every single time she cooks.

thats P in a nutshell!

First day of my life - Bright Eyes

This is the first day of my life
I swear I was born right in the doorway
I went out in the rain suddenly everything changed
They're spreading blankets on the beach

Yours is the first face that I saw
I think I was blind before I met you
Now I dont know where I am I dont know where Ive been
But I know where I want to go

And so I thought Id let you know
That these things take forever
I especially am slow
But I realize that I need you
And I wondered if I could come home

Remember the time you drove all night
Just to meet me in the morning
And I thought it was strange you said everything changed
You felt as if you had just woke up
And you said “this is the first day of my life
Im glad I didnt die before I met you
But now I dont care I could go anywhere with you
And Id probably be happy”

So if you want to be with me
With these things theres no telling
We just have to wait and see
But Id rather be working for a paycheck
Than waiting to win the lottery
Besides maybe this time is different
I mean I really think you like me

thats hawt.

wow is it hot out or what? 32 degrees celcius at the moment...i would love it if i had a/c and a pool in the backyard but i dont..so its pretty painful trying to do my molecular biology assignment in my sauna-like room in the middle of the day. ew, i know.

anyways i wanted to actually update because i've been really sloppy about blogging ever since well..last term ended. but i feel that i should do this for those who read my blog and those who are actually curious in knowing about the life of me. i find myself a person who likes to meet new people...all the time. i just like engaging in different crowds. so its hard to keep in touch all the time. it takes time and effort right? so i guess this is one step i can take to give a little of me to you. =)

bikini weather

whats up with me lately..i've been going swimming in kay's aunt's pool! i can't get out of my bathing suit cause its soo hot. i think my most favoritest thing in the summer is going to swim in friend's pools.definately beats public pools...o.0 i like beaches too..but the thing with lakes is that you cant like engage your entire body into the water because thats just sick. even with oceans, its too salty.. pool's are fannn-tastic.

urbana

The topic of urbana has come up, cause euge REALLY wants me to go ... since he went last time he thought it was absolutely amazing and that i have to experience it for myself. It really has never crossed my mind, but the price reallllly makes me hesitant. as much as i know money has nothing to do with it..face it..it does have an impact. liek if i really wanted to go, ya i'll spend the money..but i don't think i know enough about it to make such a decision. I really don't know.

next term

...is going to be insane! becuase everyone's going to be in waterloo. everyone from summer break is returning, alot of coop-ers are returning, those who are supposed to be in coop next term got a job IN waterpoo...including my bessst frieeends and boy who is a friend. >.<

and whoever said waterloo is lame, they're lame. becuase this place is awesome! yaaa. you just have to make the most out of what you have. the only thing thats' lame about this town is their lack of shopping and lack of jaimee. but that just makes toronto that much more fun when you go! what can get funner than living 5 minutes away from all your friends, and going out at night and bumping into all your classmates and/or laurier people? cuz that doesn't happen in toronto. and also living 10-15 min walk from all the night life. we've got nice university kids everywhere here!

the one thing i don't get about this town is their deal with random lost cats. lol. i always see random lost kitties just wandering around waterloo park when im riding my bike to school in the morning. different ones all the time. they're not stray. they're clean-cut and descently groomed cats. they're just always around...but its ok. you can just take them home with you. thats what we do in this house. hahah. *walter*

intramurals

is overr. dodgeball was reallly fun. we were terrible. i was awesome. just kiiiding. i kid with you. slo-pitch was fun too..and going to watch kayla and colette's soccer games. but for serious now, im really upset about the new rule..or NO rule with intramurals this year. they got rid of the girl to guy ratio..so there is no minimum amount of girls you need before you can play. which means we usually play like all guys teams..which is really unfair. and the one or two girls that are on the other team chicken out and pass all the balls that come to them to the guys so they don't really get to play. thats no fun for anyone.

and lastly...

Congrats to all the newlyweds. cheers to love! ...

because "love is like the wind, strong enough to push the clouds, but gentle enough not to hurt you".

I LOVE love. yay for love.

i luv you.
